He helped us with all our vehicles and we’ve been with State Farm many many years. The staff is compassionate. Love the recording…that’s when you know the office is busy. So I had this motorcycle sitting in a shop July 2025 that was hit parked on the street. I waited three months. I was very patient. I need my motorcycle! Going back and forth with the other party’s adjuster. They were just dodging. Damn dodgers fans. I Called Mike Murillo…and that was it. All in one day I gave Mike all the info. The adjuster called me back. Their gonna get everything squared, and get the motorcycle out in a week. Thanks Mike for all that you do. Stay solid."
